Two weeks from tonight, I will have finished walking amongst thousands of others to support this amazing cause. I will have watched millions of dollars being given to local and national organizations at closing ceremonies in support of breast cancer research and awareness. I will have cheered, cried, struggled to walk another mile while supporting someone else in their mission. I will have seen all of the amazing city that is New York and I will have enjoyed every minute of it. Two weeks from tonight, the walk weekend will be complete, but unfortunately for now, the cause still exists.

Today I did another 15 mile training walk, walking along the lovely Schuykill River Trail from Valley Forge to Manayunk. Unfortunately a brewing thunderstorm kept me from doing the extra 5 miles that I wanted to do. The good thing is, I felt great after my walk today..like I definitely could have kept going. I'm feeling more and more ready for the event. I am so excited to be nearing event weekend! October 7th & 8th is just around the corner!!

PLEASE, for all of you have yet to provide your financial support to this cause, NOW IS THE TIME! Thanks to all of you, I have raised over $2700 but I hope to see that number sky rocket over the next several days. No matter what the number is, every penny makes a difference. Please give what you can. Hopefully one day soon, I will have no need to ask you again, because we will have found a cure. Thank you to those who have so generously donated already! It means the world to me, but it means more to all of the people who are fighting this dreadful disease, watching their loved ones fight it, or who have tragically lost the ones they love.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Love always,

Sheryl
